On March 20, 2003, respondent was convicted in the Bay County Circuit Court of Perjury - Incite or Procure Court Proceeding, a felony, contrary to MCR 750.425-B. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of that felony conviction.
Upon the filing of a certified copy of the judgment of conviction, the Attorney Discipline Board will enter an order directing respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered.
