Based on respondent's conviction of parental kidnapping/custodial interference, in violation of MCL 750.350(A)(1), the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 45 days, retroactive to June 26, 2002, the date of respondent's automatic interim suspension, and ending on August 13, 2002, the date the automatic interim suspension was vacated. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to a two year probation, commencing June 26, 2002. Costs were assessed in the amount of $325.68.
