The hearing panel found that respondent failed to give a prompt and full accounting of his client=s funds at the time he was discharged as the attorney of record in a pending criminal case, in violation of Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.4(a); 1.15(b); and 1.16(a).
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $460.43.
