NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)
Case No. 02-136-RD Notice Issued: February 25, 2003 Resa Joyce Jannett, P 37271, Farmington Hills, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #71.
1. Reprimand; 2. Effective February 22, 2003. Based upon an order entered by the Illinois Supreme Court on September 19, 2002 censuring the respondent, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent's plea of no contest to the charges set forth in the petition for order to show cause and the agreement that respondent should be reprimanded.
The hearing panel issued an order reprimanding respondent and assessed costs in the amount of $755.57.
