NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

1. Reprimand; 2. Effective December 28, 2002. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing respondent's admission of the allegation that he failed to file an answer to a formal complaint served on him by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(1), (2), (4) and (7); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a) and (c). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded and that Formal Complaint 02-54-GA be dismissed. Costs were assessed in the amount of $121.46.
