Effective January 29, 2003.
The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted to having been convicted by guilty plea of Operating under the Influence, second offense, in violation of MCL 257.6251-A. The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded, with conditions relative to the established misconduct, and assessed costs in the amount of $759.76.
