NOTICE OF REPRIMAND (By Consent)

1. Reprimand; 2. Effective February 11, 2003. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline, in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5), containing amendments to paragraph 14, deleting paragraphs 12(a)-(c) and 13(a) and (b), and adding new sub-paragraphs 12(a) and 13(a). The stipulation also contained respondent's plea of no contest to the allegation in the amended paragraphs that he failed to supervise his secretary=s scheduling of work on a client=s matter. Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1) and (4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 5.3(b); and 8.4(a) and (c). The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded. Costs were assessed in the amount of $755.11.
