1. Suspension - 180 Days 2. Effective January 15, 2003 On October 7, 2002, respondent pled guilty to Possession of Less Than 25 Grams of Cocaine, a felony, in Muskegon County. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice
law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 180 days, effective January 15, 2003, and pay restitution in the aggregate amount of $5,500.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $885.71.
