1. Interim Suspension; 2. Effective December 18, 2002. The respondent filed a motion to adjourn the December 18, 2002 public hearing because he was unable to attend due to his incarceration. On December 18, 2002, the hearing panel adjourned the public hearing and ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended on an interim basis, pursuant to MCR 9.115(H), and until further order of the hearing panel.
