1. Revocation; 2. Effective October 15, 2002. The hearing panel found that respondent held himself out as an attorney while suspended; and filed an appearance in the name of another attorney without that attorney=s consent or permission. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); MCR 9.119(E); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.3(a)(1); and 8.4(a)-(c). The panel issued an order revoking respondent's license to practice in Michigan and assessed costs in the amount of $250.73.
