Based upon an order entered by the Supreme Court of Arizona on February 13, 2002, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. Respondent filed no pleadings and did not appear before the panel.
The panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and placed on probation for two years to run concurrently with the period of probation imposed in Arizona. Costs were assessed in the amount of $121.40.
