NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (By Consent)

1. Effective July 15, 2002; 2. Suspension - 6 Months. Respondent was convicted in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, of one count of Filing a Fraudulent Tax Return, a felony, in violation of 26 USC 7206(1). The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for six months, effective July 15, 2002, the date of his conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $10.22.
