1. Suspension - 60 Days 2. Effective August 17, 2002 Based upon an order entered in the Supreme Court of California on July 18, 2002, the respondent was suspended from the practice of law in California for 60 days to be followed by a three year probation period. The Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. The panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 60 days, to run concurrently with the suspension ordered in California. The panel further ordered that respondent=s compliance with the
conditions ordered in California shall be deemed compliance for purposes of this Michigan proceeding. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,602.43.
