FINAL NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case No. 01-96-GA Notice Issued: November 18, 2003 James A. Scandirito, P-19941, Boca Raton, Florida by the Attorney Discipline Board affirming Tri-County Hearing Panel #102's order of revocation.

1. Revocation 2. Effective August 16, 2002 The hearing panel found, by default, that respondent used his position as a judge to coerce one woman into a secret sexual relationship and attempted to coerce another woman into a similar relationship. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4), MCR 9.205(C)(7), MCR 9.204(E), Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c); and Michigan Code of Judicial Conduct, Canons 1, 2(A)-(C), 3(A)(4) and (9), 3(C), and 7(B)(1)(a). The hearing panel ordered the revocation of respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan.

The respondent filed a timely petition for review and stay of discipline. The Board denied respondent's motion for a stay of discipline and, upon review, affirmed the hearing panel=s order of revocation. Respondent filed a motion for reconsideration which was denied by the Board.

On August 25, 2003, respondent filed an application for leave to appeal with the Michigan Supreme Court which was denied on October 24, 2003. Costs were assessed in the amount of $659.02.
