NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT (With Conditions)

1. Reinstated; 2. Effective August 15, 2002. Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for a period of 18 months effective January 8, 1999, and for a concurrent two year period effective December 8, 1999. Petitioner filed his petition for reinstatement in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules.
On July 23, 2002, the hearing panel entered an order granting the petition for reinstatement with conditions, including the condition that petitioner participate in a mentoring program for a period of two years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $914.60.
