Effective July 3, 2002.
Based upon an order of disbarment entered January 9, 2001 by the Court of Appeals of Maryland, the Attorney Discipline Board assigned this matter to a hearing panel and ordered respondent to show cause why a final order of discipline should not be entered in accordance with MCR 9.104. Respondent filed no pleadings and did not appear before the panel.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan be revoked and costs were assessed in the amount of $124.68.
