The Grievance Administrator and the respondent filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline containing the agreement of the parties that respondent be transferred to inactive status pursuant to MCR 9.121(B)(3); and until such time as he may be reinstated in accordance with MCR 9.121(E). Respondent admitted he is incapacitated to continue to practice law within the meaning of MCR 9.121(B)(1), as alleged in Formal Complaint 01-88-PI; Count Three of Formal Complaint 01-126-GA; and Count Twenty of Formal Complaint 02-3-GA. Costs were assessed in the amount of $70.52.
