1. Revocation; 2. Effective June 27, 2002. The hearing panel found, by default, that respondent failed to notify a client that he was suspended from the practice of law; failed to notify the court that he was suspended from the practice of law; abandoned the representation of his client; and failed to refund an unearned fee. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4); MCR 9.119(A) and (B); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.3; 1.4; 1.16(d); and 8.4(a)-(c). The panel issued an order revoking respondent's license to practice in Michigan and assessed costs in the amount of $210.41.
