1. Reinstated; 2. Effective June 13, 2002. Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for a period of 180 days effective September 6, 2001. Petitioner filed his petition for reinstatement in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On May 22, 2002, Tri-County Hearing Panel #72 entered an order granting the petition for reinstatement, effective June 13, 2002. Costs were assessed in the amount of $362.67.
