1. Reinstated; 2. Effective June 7, 2002 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 180 days effective June 25, 2001. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #17. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On June 7, 2002, the panel issued its interim order granting petition for reinstatement and petitioner's interim reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
