1. Suspension - 180 Days; 2. Effective September 27, 2002.
On September 27, 2002, respondent was convicted, by plea, in the 6 th Circuit Court, of filing a false report of a felony, in violation of MCL 750.411A1B. The Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for consent order of discipline pursuant to MCR 9.115(F)(5). The hearing panel ordered that respondent be suspended for 180 days, effective September 27, 2002, the date of his conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $776.80.
