1. Reinstated; 2. Effective May 10, 2002. Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended for a period of three years effective June 6, 1995. Petitioner filed his petition for reinstatement in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On September 27, 2000, Washtenaw County Hearing Panel #3 entered an order granting the petition for reinstatement, subject to petitioner's recertification by the Board of Law Examiners in accordance with MCR 9.123(C). As of May 10, 2002, petitioner had complied with that condition and his reinstatement is deemed to be effective that date. Petitioner is still subject to continuing conditions upon engaging in the active practice of law. Costs were assessed in the amount of $934.00.
