Effective March 12, 2002.
On March 12, 2002, respondent was convicted, in the Oakland County Circuit Court, of the felonies of Manufacturing between 20 and 200 plants of marijuana; Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony; and Possession of a Taser. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
This matter has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
