Effective March 8, 2002.
On March 8, 2002 respondent was convicted of the felonies of Breaking and Entering a Building with the Intent to Commit Larceny, a violation of MCLA 750.110; and Carrying a Concealed Weapon, a violation of MCLA 750.227. Respondent was also convicted of the misdemeanor of Entry without Owner's Permission, a violation of MCLA 750.115. In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.
This matter has been assigned to a hearing panel for further proceedings. The interim suspension will remain in effect until the effective date of an order filed by a hearing panel.
