1. Reinstated; 2. Effective March 7, 2002 Petitioner was suspended from the practice of law for a period of 270 days effective March 1, 2001. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #20. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On March 7, 2002, the panel issued an interim order granting petition for reinstatement, conditioned upon petitioner's payment of applicable dues to the State Bar of Michigan. As of March 7, 2002, petitioner had complied with that condition and his interim reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date.
On April 17, 2002, the panel issued its final report and order granting petition for reinstatement effective March 7, 2002. Costs were assessed in the amount of $434.47.
