Suspension - 179 Days;
Effective February 14, 2002.
Based on respondent's plea of guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to the felony of OUIL/PER SE - 3rd, in violation of MCL 257.6256D, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be suspended for 179 days, retroactive to February 14, 2002, the date of respondent's guilty plea. The panel also ordered that respondent be subject to conditions relative the established misconduct and assessed costs in the amount of $286.84.
