NOTICE OF SUSPENSION (With Conditions)

1. Suspension - 30 Days; 2. Effective November 9, 2001. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on September 24, 2001 seeking entry of an order suspending the respondent's license to practice law for 30 days for his failure to comply with the hearing panel's order of July 9, 2001. Pursuant to the order and the stipulation between the parties, respondent was to make restitution payments to two parties and file written proof of payment of restitution with the Attorney Grievance Commission and the Attorney Discipline Board. Both the order and the stipulation stated that in the event the respondent failed to timely satisfy the conditions of restitution, the hearing panel shall file an order of suspension for 30 days upon the filing of an affidavit of petition by the Grievance Administrator. The Grievance Administrator's petition was accompanied by the affidavit of associate counsel that respondent has failed to make restitution and failed to file proof of payment of restitution.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended for 30 days with a condition relative to the established misconduct.
