NOTICE OF REVOCATION Case Nos. 01-47-GA; 01-64-FA Notice Issued: December 10, 2001 Andrew P. Kwyer, P-45038, Southfield, Michigan by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #55.

1. Revocation; 2. Effective December 8, 2001. Based upon respondent's default, the hearing panel found that the misconduct charged in Formal Complaints 01-47-GA and 01-64-FA had been established, specifically: That respondent continued to practice law while suspended; failed to notify his clients that he was suspended; failed to pay assessed disciplinary costs; and failed to answer a request for investigation and a formal complaint served upon him by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and (9); MCR 9.119(D), (E) and (F); MCLA 600.916; MSA 27A.916; and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.4(c); 5.5(a); and 8.4(a)-(c).

The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license practice law in Michigan be revoked and assessed costs in the amount of $151.74.

NOTE:

Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since May 5, 2000. See Notice of Suspension dated May 5, 2000.
