Based upon respondent's four misdemeanor convictions (assault and battery in violation of MCL 750.81; malicious destruction - library books in violation of MCL 750.391; and two counts of trespassing in violation of MCL 750.552), the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $1,845.05.
