NOTICE OF REINSTATEMENT Case No. 00-147-RP Notice Issued: November 7, 2001 Byron O. Kuxhaus, P-24420, Royal Oak, Michigan, by Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #86.

1. Reinstated; 2. Effective November 1, 2001. Petitioner's license to practice law in Michigan was suspended, by consent, for a period of four years effective April 10, 1985. Petitioner filed his petition for reinstatement in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On February 16, 2001, Tri-County Hearing Panel 86 entered an order granting the petition for reinstatement, subject to his recertification by the Board of Law Examiners in accordance with MCR 9.123(C). As of November 1, 2001, petitioner had complied with that condition and his reinstatement is deemed to be effective that date. Petitioner is still subject to continuing conditions upon engaging in the active practice of law. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,218.00.
