1. Suspension - 30 Days; 2. Effective September 12, 2001. The Grievance Administrator filed a petition on July 19, 2001 seeking entry of an order suspending the respondent's license to practice law for 30 days for his failure to comply with the hearing panel's order of May 14, 2001. The Grievance Administrator filed a proof of service showing that the petition was served upon respondent by regular mail addressed to his address registered with the State Bar of Michigan. Respondent did not file an answer and the panel concluded that respondent had not complied with it's previous order issued May 14, 2001.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended for 30 days.
