Reprimand; Effective September 21, 2001.
On August 30, 2001, the hearing panel found that respondent had committed misconduct, specifically: Respondent failed to file timely answers to requests for investigation served upon her by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.1113(A); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b). The hearing panel issued an order reprimanding respondent and assessing costs in the amount of $1,389.99.
