1. Revocation; 2. Effective July 19, 2001. 1 Based upon respondent's default, the hearing panel found that respondent abandoned the representation of one client; failed to return documents to another client; failed to refund the unearned portion of fees in two matters; and failed to answer four requests for investigation served by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent's conduct was found to be in violation of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4) and (7); MCR 9.113(A) and (B)(2); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.1(c); 1.2(a); 1.3; 1.4(a); 1.15(b); 1.16(d); 3.2; 8.1(b); and 8.4(a) and (c).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent's license practice law in Michigan be revoked and that respondent pay restitution in the aggregate amount of $2,400.00. Costs were assessed in the amount of $296.83.

Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since July 19, 2001. See Notice of Suspension dated July 19, 2001.
