1. Interim Suspension; 2. Effective August 27, 2001. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation to adjourn the August 30, 2001 public hearing for 45 days and agreed that, in the interim, respondent's license to practice law shall be suspended for health reasons.
On August 27, 2001, the hearing panel adjourned the public hearing and ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended on an interim basis and until further order of the hearing panel.
