Based upon respondent's felony conviction of Solicitation for Act of Gross Indecency, in violation of MCL 750.338A; and Solicitation for Prostitution, in violation of MCL 750.449A, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law be suspended for eight months, retroactive to July 31, 2001, the date of respondent's felony conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $281.66.
