1. Revocation 2. Effective July 20, 2006 1 Respondent was convicted on July 20, 2006 in the 18 th Circuit Court for the State of Illinois for felony indecent solicitation of a child, in violation of Illinois Compiled Statutes Chapter 720, Para 5/11-6(a). In accordance with MCR 9.120(B)(1), respondent's license to practice law in Michigan was automatically suspended on the date of his felony conviction.

Based on respondent's conviction, the hearing panel ordered that respondent's license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, effective July 20, 2006, the date of his felony conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1 ,756.96.
