Reprimand;
Effective April 20, 2001.
The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(F)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent admitted to having been convicted by guilty plea of Impaired Driving, a misdemeanor in violation of MCL 257.6253-A; and Domestic Violence, a misdemeanor in violation of MCL 750.812. The parties agreed that respondent should be reprimanded.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded and assessed costs in the amount of $53.99.
