Based on respondent=s felony conviction of 10 counts of Attempting to Evade and Defeat the Payment of Tax, in violation of 26 U.S.C. ' 7201, the hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license to practice law in Michigan be revoked, retroactive to May 15, 2001, the date of respondent=s conviction. Costs were assessed in the amount of $174.58.
