NOTICE OF REPRIMAND WITH CONDITIONS (By Consent)
Case No. 98-141-GA Notice Issued: March 29, 2001 Rene A. Cooper, P-30566, Detroit, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Tri-County Hearing Panel #14.
1. Reprimand; 2. Effective March 24, 2001. The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent offered a plea of no contest to an allegation in Formal Complaint 98-141-GA that he engaged in conduct contrary to good morals in violation of MCR 9.104(3).
Based upon the stipulation of the parties, the hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded with conditions relative to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $1,442.37.
