1. Reprimand; 2. Effective May 1, 2001. On April 9, 2001, the hearing panel found that respondent had committed misconduct, specifically: That during an investigation by the Attorney Grievance Commission, respondent inordinately delayed in complying with a request by the Grievance Administrator to produce a client file. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1) and (4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b); and 8.4(a) and (c).
The hearing panel issued an order of reprimand with conditions relative to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $742.17.
