Respondent was suspended from the practice of law in Michigan for 60 days effective November 1, 2000. The Board entered a notice of automatic reinstatement on May 29, 2001 stating that the suspension was terminated on May 22, 2001 in accordance with MCR 9.123(A). The Attorney Discipline Board has considered respondent's subsequent motion and supporting affidavits and has ordered that the respondent's automatic reinstatement may be deemed effective January 7, 2001.
