1. Dismissal. 2. Effective December 4, 2000. The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 00-108-GA on June 14, 2000 charging that respondent had committed acts of professional misconduct, specifically: That respondent had made false statements with regard to his reinstatement to the Ingham County Circuit Court appointed attorney list. Respondent=s conduct was alleged to have been in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 3.3(a)(1); and 8.4(a)-(c).
The hearing panel conducted a public hearing on August 25, 2000 and filed a report concluding that professional misconduct had not been established. On November 10, 2000, the panel entered an order dismissing Formal Complaint 00-108-GA. No costs were assessed against respondent.
