1) Reinstated; 2) Effective November 14, 2000. Petitioner=s license to practice law was revoked after being convicted of mail fraud in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland effective September 11, 1992. His petition for reinstatement filed in accordance with MCR 9.123(B) and MCR 9.124 was granted by Tri-County Hearing Panel #62. The panel concluded that petitioner had satisfactorily established his eligibility for reinstatement in accordance with the guidelines of those court rules. On March 3, 1998, the panel issued its report and order granting petition for reinstatement with conditions. As of November 14, 2000, petitioner had complied with all conditions of the reinstatement order and his reinstatement to the practice of law is deemed to be effective on that date. Costs were assessed in the amount of $560.73.
