DISMISSAL
Case No. 99-154-GA David A. Woelkers, P-39197, Ann Arbor, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board Washtenaw County Hearing Panel.
1. Dismissal. 2. Effective November 30, 2000. The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 99-154-GA on September 29, 1999 charging that respondent had committed acts of professional misconduct, specifically: That respondent had improper communications with a party in a pending lawsuit. Respondent=s conduct was alleged to have been in violation of MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 4.2; and 8.4(a) and (c).
The hearing panel conducted public hearings on March 8, 2000 and May 17, 2000 and filed a report concluding that professional misconduct had not been established. On November 8, 2000, the panel entered an order dismissing Formal Complaint 99-154-GA. No costs were assessed against respondent.
