1. Suspension - 180 Days; 2. Effective November 1, 2000. 1 Based upon respondent=s plea of guilty in the Oakland County Circuit Court to a charge of AComputers-Communicating With Another for Purpose of Committing Proscribed Conduct, A the Grievance Administrator and respondent filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. The parties agreed that an order of suspension should be entered.
The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license be suspended for 180 days. Costs were assessed in the amount of $52.05.
