Effective October 20, 2000 1 Based on the agreement of the parties, the hearing panel accepted respondent=s plea of no contest to the allegations that he performed legal services in the form of estate planning in violation of the order of suspension issued in Grievance Administrator v Bruce L. Galloway, Case No. 99-186-GA.
Respondent was charged with violations of MCR 9.104(A)(1)-(4) and (9); MCR 9.119(E); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.4(a)-(c).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent=s license be revoked, retroactive to October 20, 2000, the effective date of the three-year suspension ordered in Grievance Administrator v Bruce L. Galloway, Case No. 99-186-GA. Costs were assessed costs in the amount of $1,743.05.
