NOTICE OF SUSPENSION Case Nos. 00-94-GA; 00-111-FA Issued: November 10, 2000 Clayton C. Agree, P-42802, Southfield, Michigan, by the Attorney Discipline Board, Tri-County Hearing Panel #56.

1) Suspension - 3 Years; 2) Effective November 10, 2000. 1 The hearing panel found that the allegations in the formal complaint were established by default, to wit: That respondent accepted a new retainer as an attorney after the date of an order suspending his license to practice law and thereafter held himself out as an attorney and engaged in the practice of law in violation of the order; failed to answer the request for investigation and formal complaint served upon him by the Grievance Administrator. Respondent=s conduct was in violation of MCR 9.103(C); MCR 9.104(1)-(4), (7)and (9); MCR 9.113(A); MCR 9.113(B)(2); MCR 9.119(D) and (E); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 8.1(b) and 8.4(a)-(c).

The panel ordered that respondent=s license be suspended for 3 years. Costs were assessed in the amount of $177.50.

1 Respondent has been continuously suspended from the practice of law in Michigan since February 9, 1999.
