1. Dismissal. 2. Effective November 2, 2000. The Grievance Administrator filed Formal Complaint 93-118-GA charging that respondent had committed professional misconduct by participating in a scheme which was instituted for the purpose of affecting a judicial assignment. Respondent was alleged to have violated MCR 9.104(1)-(4); and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 1.2(c) and (d); 1.16(a); 8.3(a); and 8.4(a) and (c). The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation to dismiss which was granted by the hearing panel. Costs were assessed in the amount of 376.54.
