1. Reprimand. 2. Effective November 2, 2000. The hearing panel found that respondent had solicited professional employment by placing a telephone call to a person with whom he had no family or prior professional relationship. The hearing panel found that respondent=s conduct violated MCR 9.104(1)-(4) and Michigan Rules of Professional Conduct 7.3(a) and 8.4(a)-(c).
The hearing panel ordered that respondent be reprimanded with conditions relevant to the established misconduct. Costs were assessed in the amount of $694.86.
