NOTICE OF ORDER IMPOSING NO DISCIPLINE (By Consent)
Case No. 00-39-JC Issued: August 16, 2000 William D. Tomblin, P-40540, Lansing, Michigan, by Ingham County Hearing Panel #3. 1. Order imposing No Discipline; 2. Effective August 16, 2000. Respondent was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of operating a motor vehicle while visibly impaired by the consumption of liquor in violation of MCL 257.625(3)(A). The respondent and the Grievance Administrator filed a stipulation for a consent order of discipline in accordance with MCR 9.115(f)(5) which was approved by the Attorney Grievance Commission and accepted by the hearing panel. Respondent pled no contest to the charge that his conduct was in violation of MCR 9.104(5). The parties further stipulated that an order of discipline imposing Ano discipline@ be entered. Costs were assessed in the amount of $58.69.
